We have some BIG news!
We are raising the starting wage for our Direct Support Professionals to $20 per hour! We are also raising wages for our current direct care staff by an average of 14 percent. This is the result of a reimbursement rate increase from the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities and Governor Kathy Hochul.

Hochul and her administration for recognizing the need to invest in our field,” said sasi President and CEO Jeff Paterson. “The governor and the legislature have really stepped up in the past few years to support people with disabilities after a decade of disinvestment under the previous governor.”
