Karen Keyes has worked in the health and human services field for more than 25 years.  She started her career as a Direct Support Professional, Behavior Support Manager, overseeing Medicaid Service Coordination and transitioned through the Care Coordination Organizations as AVP of Program Operations. Karen has been part of DDAWNY and supported other self-advocacy groups and has a passion for supporting person centered approach.     

In her current role of Chief People Officer, Karen provides oversight of the Human Resources, Benefits and the Education and Training departments.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
