Susan Mentecki has joined sasi after having served in non-profit leadership roles for over 20 years as a Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Compliance Officer. Sue has a BA from the University of Dayton in Music Therapy and Psychology, and a Master of Public Administration from Canisius College. Sue is also a Lean Certified Professional.
As Chief Program Officer, Sue oversees the sasi residential programs, work and day opportunities, and clinical services.
Sue has served as chair of four Developmental Disability Alliance of WNY committees since 2000. She has also been a longtime supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of East Aurora, as a parent, board member, and volunteer.
Sue is a lifelong resident of East Aurora, where she and her husband, Erik, raised their two children. She is thankful for their support and for the collaboration from I/DD partners in the WNY Community.
