Shannon has worked in the human services field at several WNY organizations over the past decade. She has held positions supervising various community-based programs, Medicaid Service Coordination, and eligibility/enrollment services for care coordination. Shannon is a passionate advocate and enjoys helping others through her work.

In her current role as the Vice President of Business and Community Initiatives, Shannon oversees a variety of divisional programs and business initiatives including SAGE, High Hurdles, Moving Miracles, and the Original Kazoo Company. She also oversees all community support services including Recreation and In-Home Respite, Community Habilitation, ISS, Environmental Modifications, Support Brokerage, and Elliott Woods & Ennio Cerquetti Apartments.
