Sue Hawkins began her career in 2003 as a direct support professional with Claddagh Commission. While pursuing her Bachelors of Science a Hilbert College, she became a Residential Manager. Throughout her career at Claddagh, Sue has held various positions such as Scheduling Coordinator and Program Coordinator responsible for Residential, Respite, Community Hab, SEMP and the New Angola Theater.

In 2013 she was promoted to a Residential Director. In 2016, when Claddagh and SASI merged, Sue  maintained her position as a Director.

In May of 2021 she was promoted to Vice President of Residential Services. In this role she oversees all 40 Residential IRA’s and looks forward to continuing sasi’s mission.

Sue has enjoyed being able to gain experience in many different programs throughout the years and meeting a lot of great people!
