Bio
Stacey began her career in 1994 as a part-time weekend Direct Support Professional at Mayfield, where she quickly discovered her passion for supporting individuals in residential settings.
Demonstrating dedication and leadership, she advanced to full-time afternoon staff, then Assistant Manager, and ultimately Residential Manager for the Mayfield, Dublin, and Claire IRAs through 2000. From 2000 to 2003, Stacey stepped into the corporate sector, gaining valuable experience outside the not-for-profit world. However, her commitment to community-based services brought her back in 2003, when she returned as the Residential Manager of the Lismore and Foxford IRAs. She served in this role until 2009, supported by an agency that encouraged professional growth and inspired her to pursue higher education.
Between 2009 and 2013, Stacey advanced to Program Coordinator for the residential team while simultaneously earning her associate’s degree in applied science and her bachelor’s degree in human services. In 2013, Stacey accepted the role of Residential Program Director. Continuing her commitment to professional development, she completed her master’s in public administration in 2015.
In 2023 Stacey became Associate Vice President of Residential.
