Mary Jo Schlierf
Bio
Mary Jo Schlierf began her career in 1995 as a Direct Support Professional working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Her commitment to the field and desire to grow led her to a Residential Manager role in 1998, followed by a transition to Day Service Manager in 2001. In 2005, she continued expanding her experience, serving as a Supported Employment Coordinator and gaining valuable insight across service areas.
Driven by a passion for supporting both individuals and staff, Mary Jo embraced the opportunity to shift into employee benefits in April 2018 when she became Benefits Coordinator. She later advanced to Director of Benefits in May 2022 and currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Employee Resources.
Throughout her career, Mary Jo has been motivated by a deep dedication to the field and a desire to understand and contribute to as many areas of service as possible. Her diverse experience and commitment to supporting others continue to guide her leadership and impact.
